Beauty Therapy Diploma Course (Full Time)
This is a full-time course, running from October - July each year. Those who complete the course will be both suitably qualified and very well equipped for a successful career in the Beauty Therapy industry.
Graduates of the course have the opportunity of becoming members of the British Association of Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology and the Irish Beauty Professionals Association.

Body Therapy Diploma
Anatomy & Physiology - Body Massage - Heat Treatments - UV Treatment - Diet & Exercise - Faradism - High Frequency Current - Vibration - Electricity - Hygiene

Anatomy & Physiology - Principles of Electricity - Theory of Elipation - Causes of Hirsuitism - Common Skin Disorders - Equipment Care & Maintenance
In addition to these topics, participants will receive training in first aid and a thorough understanding of the management, promotion and day-to-day running of a beauty salon or other business.
Extra Curricular Courses
Throughout the college year we organise extra-curricular course on topics that are outside the remit of the core modules, but which nonetheless are important or useful in the day-to-day work of the beauty therapist. These may include:

Visiting Lecturers
Specialist Lecturers are invited to the Kilkenny College of Beauty Therapy during the year to expand our student's knowledge and understanding of health and beauty related topics . These may include:

Business Management
Although business topics are covered within the core course modules, we consider this aspect of the course particularly important for the future success of our students, and so during the year arrange for additional lectures for students on business topics. Speakers at these lectures may include:
